KVKK Disclosure Statement

1. Introduction

This Disclosure Statement is prepared to fulfil our obligation under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") regarding the processing of personal data of turkdeep.com users.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

The following categories of personal data are processed on our Site:

  • Identity Information: First and last name (in contact and application forms).
  • Contact Information: Email address (in all of the beta, contact, and application forms).
  • Project / Customer Transaction Information: Project name, focus area, the description / message text you submit (in the application and contact forms).
  • Transaction Security Information: IP address and reCAPTCHA security data collected at the moment of form submission (for bot protection).
  • Marketing / Analytics Information: Anonymous site usage statistics (page views, visit duration, etc.) collected via cookies, only with your explicit consent.

4. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Receiving your beta access requests and delivering announcements,
  • Responding to requests received through the contact form,
  • Evaluating project proposals received through the application form and contacting you,
  • Ensuring site security, preventing bots and abuse,
  • Measuring and improving service quality based on your explicit consent,
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations (KVKK, e-Commerce Law, tax legislation, etc.).

5. Legal Basis for Processing (KVKK Article 5)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract (evaluation of applications submitted via forms),
  • Necessity for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations,
  • Necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed (site security),
  • Your explicit consent (analytics cookies, marketing notifications).

6. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients to the extent limited and proportionate to the processing purposes:

  • Authorised public institutions and bodies (upon legal request),
  • Our infrastructure service providers (email delivery service, server hosting) — only to the extent of providing the service,
  • With your explicit consent, Google LLC (Google Analytics) for anonymous analytical data.

Cross-border data transfer can only take place within the scope of KVKK Article 9 and only for anonymous analytical data. Your non-anonymised personal data is not transferred abroad without your explicit consent.

7. Method of Data Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically via forms on the site (beta access, contact, application), the automated bot protection system (reCAPTCHA) and, subject to your consent, cookies.

8. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained within Radius's infrastructure for as long as required by the processing purpose, subject to minimum retention periods stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. At the end of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy.

9. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in line with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
  • Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK,
  • Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Demand compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of data.

10. How to Apply

Pursuant to KVKK Article 13, you may apply to Radius in writing or via registered email to exercise the rights stated above. Your application should include your name, surname, Turkish ID number (if any), full address, telephone, and the subject of your request.
