1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions for using the turkdeep.com website (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.

2. Service Provider

The Site is provided by Radius Bilgisayar ve Yazılım San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Radius"). The artificial intelligence platform developed under the TurkDeep brand is currently in the beta phase.

3. Scope of Service

The Site provides promotional content about the TurkDeep AI platform; it allows visitors to request beta access, contact us, and submit project applications.

The TurkDeep platform is still in active development; features, content, and the scope of service may change without prior notice. Beta access is entirely at Radius's discretion.

4. User Obligations

When using the Site, you are obliged to comply with the following rules:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information,
  • Not use someone else's personal or contact information without permission,
  • Not fill out forms using automated tools (bots, scrapers) or scrape site content without permission,
  • Not engage in actions that may compromise the security of the site infrastructure (attacks, penetration testing, generating excessive load),
  • Not submit content that is contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye or general morality.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, code, and other content on the Site belong to Radius or are used under licence. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without permission.

The "TurkDeep" trademark and logo are the intellectual property of Radius. Unauthorised use is considered an infringement of trademark rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." Radius makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the site content, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

Radius cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. This limitation is valid to the maximum extent permitted under the applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes arising from the Terms, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
